Gretta Deanne McCall resides in Greenville, SC with her husband and daughter, Richard and Claira.  Gretta obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting and drawing from Clemson University in 2002.  She has created art throughout her life and has over 63 works in individual collections.   Gretta has shown work in 4 galleries and has participated in 38 exhibitions, 10 juried shows, and 3 festivals. She has two paintings in the permanent collection of Greenville Technical College. While obtaining her BFA degree, Gretta taught painting to elementary school children where she was inspired by the children’s unbridled joy in making art.  Letting joy be a guiding principle in her own creative process has remained with her to this day.
